Quite often people do not see the problems regarding to gender equality and therefore they don’t realize gender equality initiatives

Yes, indeed among the staff of the university, as well as among students, there is some misunderstanding of the problems associated with gender balances both in the university and in society as a whole.
I believe that it is necessary for the staff of the university and students to organize trainings on which to consider specific gender problems and ways to overcome them

Для решения этой проблемы в Украине необходим комплексный подход. На основе успешного мирового опыта решений гендерных вопросов, выстроить комплексную систему законов и создать структуры, которые будут в силах влиять на само общество, поднимать и освещать проблемы неравенства и насилия над женщинами – формировать политику гендерного равенства. Украине непременно стоит воспользоваться опытом решения проблем равенства женщин и тогда позитивные изменения в обществе и политике не заставят себя ждать.

Подойдем к вопросу мотивации для реализации гендерных инициатив системно. Мотивация предполагает непротивление и позитивное ожидание (для ВСЕХ участников общественной системы). Существует ли внятное объяснение выигрыша, позитивных изменений для мужчин? Результаты показывают - нет. Следовательно, если ДЕЙСТВИТЕЛЬНО требуется осуществить изменения, то важно ДАТЬ ВСЕМ ИДЕИ (ОЖИДАНИЯ), которые привлекательны и для девочек и для мальчиков. Возможно, уйти от акцентирования гендерных различий и гендерных квот, а перейти к внегендерным механизмам: личной конкуренции, симбиозу (командная игра) и т.д.
